How do I get in after I buy?
Access is granted by email invite shortly after you purchase, not instant self-serve. You'll get an email that brings you into the Healing Art with Katie community, then I set your tier to the level you bought. If you don't see your invite, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out fast.
What does "lifetime" actually mean?
One payment, no recurring fee, and instant access to everything in your tier, kept for good. It's not a 12-month thing dressed up in a nicer word. You pay once, you're in, and you keep what you bought.
Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?
Lifetime passes don't carry credit from one tier to the next, so go with the tier you think you'll want long-term. If you're not sure, Peaceful Painting or Creative Recovery VIP will cover the most ground.
I'm exhausted and my energy fluctuates. Can I keep up?
There's nothing to keep up with. Every live class is recorded, so you watch on your time. You can paint from bed, from the couch, in 5-minute increments, or skip a whole month and come back with zero penalty. No one falls behind here.
I'm not creative. Is this still for me?
Yes. This is process over product, happy mistakes welcome, no skill required. Beginners are the heart of this. Burnout, grief, stress, and "I haven't made anything in years" all count.
Can I pay over time?
A payment plan is available on the Creative Recovery VIP pass. The Daring Dabbler and Peaceful Painting passes are a single payment.
What's your refund policy?
Because every lifetime pass gives you instant access to everything in your tier the moment you join, we don't offer refunds on lifetime purchases. The one exception is the 5-year minimum access guarantee, which comes with every pass: if HAWK winds down before five years from your purchase date, you get a pro-rated refund based on what you paid and the time remaining.
