A retreat agreement comes next. After you sign up, we'll send a short agreement to confirm you're good with the terms: no refunds, what's included vs. what's on your own, plus space to tell us about any allergies and accessibility needs so we can plan with you.
Stairs and accessibility. Some locations have stairs and no elevator, including Katie's home. Please plan accordingly, or reach out to [email protected] and we'll talk through options together.
Locations may shift. A few stops can change based on the activities. For example, the guest class may be held at a local artist's studio. The cozy, low-pressure vibe stays the same.
Finalized by July 15, 2026. We'll lock in all the details by then so you have plenty of time to plan travel.
